In 2010, Mrs. Shahida Shaikh began her humanitarian journey as an individual social worker in the slums and tribal belts of Mumbai and Maharashtra. Armed with empathy and an iron resolve, she initiated medical relief camps, school uniform distribution drives, and free tuition classes for underprivileged children who had dropped out of school.
Under her visionary guidance, what started as modest community outreach has transformed into the Wisdome Welfare Foundation — a registered trust impacting over 2,000,000 lives across six states through education, healthcare access, women's self-help groups, and climate resilience. Her hands-on leadership ensures that every project remains rooted in dignity, self-reliance, and absolute transparency.
